Over the past decade, I have designed and delivered high-quality professional learning experiences for K–12 educators, college educators, internal team members, and partner companies across diverse content areas, platforms, and technologies. I’ve led over 187 in-person and virtual training sessions, serving more than 840 educators with consistently high satisfaction ratings. My facilitation experience spans STEM, coding, robotics, NGSS-aligned curriculum, AI curriculum, CTE, and edtech platforms. I’m skilled in creating personalized agendas, developing resources, and supporting implementation through coaching, surveys, and follow-up support. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sessions align with product goals, customer needs, and educational best practices.

Modiv EDU
At Modiv EDU, I lead the development and quality of professional learning content, including micro-credentials, micro-courses, and educator resources. I develop content frameworks and standards, manage contracted content designers and micro-credential assessors, and collaborate across teams to create cohesive, scalable professional learning experiences that support educator growth and recognize demonstrated skills.
zSpace
During my time at zSpace, I trained K-12 and college educators on STEM- and CTE-focused AR/XR/VR applications for manufacturing, automotive, HVAC, carpentry, welding, healthcare, robotics, and more. In total, I led 146 virtual and on-site sessions that spanned 321 hours for 433+ educators.
UBTECH Education
While curriculum development was my main focus at UBTECH, I also conducted virtual and on-site professional development for educators, internal team members, and partner companies (resellers) on our robotics kits (UKIT Beginner, UKIT Intermediate, UKIT Advanced, uKit Explore, uKit AI Beginner, uKit AI Intermediate), associated software, and accompanying curriculum. I also led training sessions on the AI Foundations curriculum I created.
Pitsco Education
My time at Pitsco allowed me to conduct 41 on-site professional development sessions on a variety of topics/products for 410 K-12 educators, community members, internal team members, and partner companies. Topics and products I trained on include STREAM Missions, STEM and Career Expeditions (formerly Modules), hands-on STEM product offerings, Pitsco Maker Space kits, TETRIX® Prime and Max robotic sets, KUBO Robotics, Smart Buddies, LEGO®, 3-D Printing, and zSpace.
