I’m an education and professional learning leader focused on designing meaningful learning experiences, credentials, and content systems that support educators as they grow professionally.

My career began in the classroom, where I spent eight years as an educator before moving into professional learning, curriculum development, and education technology. Since then, I’ve spent more than a decade developing and leading educator learning experiences and creating practical, standards-aligned content across STEM, robotics, emerging technologies, and AI.

Today, my work spans the full professional learning content lifecycle—from strategy and development through implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement. I lead the development of micro-credentials, digital badging experiences, micro-courses, and educator resources; establish content frameworks, standards, and quality-control processes; and manage partnerships with contracted content designers and micro-credential assessors. I’m especially interested in creating systems that connect learning, application, evidence, and recognition in ways that make professional growth both meaningful and visible.

I also work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to translate educator needs into thoughtful platform experiences and scalable content solutions. Whether I’m shaping a new credentialing framework, refining the learner journey, developing content standards, or bringing a new professional learning experience to life, I aim to balance strong instructional design with usability, consistency, and long-term sustainability.

At the heart of my work is a belief that professional learning should respect educators’ expertise, connect directly to practice, and give them meaningful ways to demonstrate and communicate what they know and can do. I enjoy turning complex ideas into practical systems and experiences—and collaborating with others to build better ways for educators to learn, grow, and be recognized for that growth.
